2. User Responsibility

Users must provide correct, complete, and genuine information while using our services. Any wrong details, fake documents, incomplete information, or mismatch in data may lead to delay, rejection, or cancellation of the service.

3. Wallet Recharge

Users may recharge their wallet through available payment methods such as UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or other supported methods.

Minimum wallet recharge amount may be set by PSC | Public Sewa Centre and can change from time to time.

Wallet balance can be used only for services available on PSC | Public Sewa Centre and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless specifically allowed by company policy.

4. PAN Card Services

For PAN card application, correction, or related services, users must provide valid information and required documents.

Service charges may include assistance fee, convenience fee, platform fee, administrative fee, and applicable third-party or government charges.

Once the PAN request is submitted or processed, cancellation or refund may not be possible.

5. Document Verification Services

Verification services are based on available records, authorized APIs, third-party databases, or public data sources. PSC | Public Sewa Centre does not guarantee that every verification result will be complete, updated, or error-free.

6. Utility and Digital Services

Services such as mobile recharge, bill payment, money transfer, travel booking, insurance, loan repayment, and other digital services may be provided directly or through third-party service providers.

PSC | Public Sewa Centre is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by telecom operators, banks, billers, travel partners, insurance partners, payment gateways, or other third-party providers.

7. Fees and Charges

All service fees, wallet charges, platform charges, and convenience fees may change at any time without prior notice. Users should check the applicable charges before confirming any service.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations will be handled according to PSC | Public Sewa Centre's Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once a service is processed, submitted, or completed, refund may not be available.

9. Data Security

10. Account and Login Security
